One of the most important skills for a Visual Merchandiser is the ability to solve problems in a quick and commercial manner. There are always problem areas within store layouts and cubby holes that need an extra bit of TLC to convert the space into profit.
Brief: Create a commercial display in the 'dead space' located outside of the Champneys Day Spa within Boots Milton Keynes.
Outcome: A selection of white nesting tables purchased for under £100 from Ikea, combined with faux orchids to create a spa like ambience. The area has been created to not only guide customers towards the spa entrance to the right but to also display the 'Therapists Product of the Month' promotion. Encouraging customers in to the spa to complete their purchase. Signage has been kept in place to create height and is now framed with the new display
